What you’ll do

Formulation R&D: Assist in developing creams, gels, oils, hydrosols, soaps, and ayurvedic dosage forms; conduct trials, optimize actives/extracts, and record batch data.

Scale-Up & Production: Translate lab formulas to pilot/plant batches; operate mixers, homogenizers, and reactors; follow SOPs, GMP, and safety.

In-Process QA: Check pH, viscosity, appearance, fill weight, label/pack integrity; document results and support line clearance.

Stability & Compatibility: Set up stability studies, sample pulls, and observations; support shelf-life assessments.

Documentation: Prepare BMRs/BPRs, COAs, change controls, and deviation/CAPA notes under supervision.

Compliance: Learn AYUSH/BIS/GMP requirements; support internal audits and traceability.

You’re a great fit if you:

Have strong basics in pharmaceutics/Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and love hands-on lab/plant work

Are detail-oriented, punctual with documentation, and safety-first

Are curious, coachable, and comfortable on the shop floor
Nice to have (trainable on the job): basic lab testing (pH, viscosity, density), microbiology hygiene practices, Excel/Sheets.
